- A non-refundable and non-transferable $30 deposit is required to book.
- Please arrive with freshly washed, clean, product-free hair — appointments may be canceled if hair is not properly cleaned.
- Braiding hair is included with your service. Color options: 1, 1B, 2, 4, 1B30, 1B27, 27, 30, burgundy (T1BBG), 350. Afro kinky human hair is available in black (1B) only.
- Passion twist colors: 1B, 1B30, 1B27, burgundy (T1BBG). Boho curly is 1B only.
- We proudly service women, men, and children — kids styles must be booked under Kids' Hair for children under 10.
- Hair is not included for Weave and Crochet services.
Kids Policy
Due to sharp tools and hot equipment, children must be able to sit safely and remain cooperative during their service. If a child cries excessively, pushes stylists, or does not want their hair done, we may kindly cancel the appointment.

It depends on the style and size — anywhere from about 2.5 hours for cornrows up to a full day for micro twists. You'll see the exact estimated time for each size and length before you book.

Yes — we offer gentle, patient styling for younger clients, with breaks built into every kids' appointment.
